The Resiliency Project seeks to enlighten individuals about the scientifically proven positive effects that exercise, and fellowship have on the brain and body. We aim to reach individuals in environments where healthier coping mechanisms and alternatives are most needed—such as schools, gyms, prisons, and communities facing challenges. Our goal is to improve overall mental health, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit while practicing the skill of resiliency. Above all, we seek to instill love, care and a sense of belonging in every interaction.
